Advanced DBT Skills Group

The Advanced DBT Skills Group has been designed to further the development of skills and mindfulness for DBT graduates. In this new 16-week course we will explore many of the more complex concepts in DBT, such as acceptance, compassion, non-judgment and living in the moment, and how to more consistently apply these skills in our daily lives.

Participants in the Advanced DBT Skills Group will work toward building mastery of the skills learned in their foundation skills classes, learn new skills, and will focus on gaining a deeper understanding how to use these skills to realize your life worth living.
