The Juicing Class focuses on teaching the benefits of juicing and its effects on overall health. We discuss which fruits and vegetables may aid in particular ailments and/or mental health concerns, and utilize seasonal produce for optimal nutrition. All class members have the option to fully participate in cutting, peeling, and juicing the fruits and vegetables, in order to learn exactly how to replicate the process at home. Further, we discuss the best ways to store the juice, in order to reduce nutrient loss over time.
Fresh juice is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, purified water, proteins, carbohydrates, and chlorophyll. Because it is in liquid form, it allows the body to quickly and easily make maximum use of all the nutrition that fresh juice offers. Fresh juice is also an excellent way to work in your daily servings of fruits and vegetables, with an endless variety of possible combinations. This class is a great way to learn simple ways to improve overall mental and physical health.
