Psychodrama is a blending of psychotherapy and creativity in action, combining techniques of spontaneity, theater and group therapy. Adopting a spontaneous approach, we use action methods to enact a current problem and solution; psychodrama techniques bring unresolved conflicts to light through a therapeutic art form. Psychodrama encourages clients to physically re-enact experiences from their lives to express feelings, understand self and others, overcome grief or trauma and develop emotional balance. Psychodrama helps unlock ineffective patterns in thoughts, giving deeper insights to our emotional truth while allowing feedback from fellow participants and the Therapist.
