Weekend Process group is an open discussion format for any one in the Delray Center community that is seeking additional mental and emotional support during the weekend. This group incorporates mindfulness practice, as well as introduction to DBT skills that help cope with ineffective thoughts and behaviors. An environment of non-judgment and validating support is maintained for all who participate. A wide range of topics are welcomed in discussion, including healthy coping strategies, relapse prevention, interpersonal effectiveness in relationship, psycho-education on mental and emotional health; as well as any other topic relevant to the group participants.
